In 2011 we started production at our new state-of-the-art factory in Hasselager, Aarhus. Today, we employ more than 230 employees dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customer, Coop Denmark.
Our cutting-edge meat processing plant is all about delivering the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, safety and durability but at a low unit cost. Our production lines run seven days a week to meet our customer's demands, overseen by our exceptional people who enjoy a wide range of benefits as well as excellent career growth and training opportunities.
We supply beef, pork, veal, lamb and chicken to Coop stores, and in 2017 we added meal solutions, and fish and seafood in 2021. Our fully automated order-picking system supplies raw materials directly to the production lines ready for packing, and after processing for delivery to Coop’s distribution centres. All this only takes a few hours, from receiving an order to dispatching the finished product.
Together we ensure our production is as sustainable as possible, which includes everything from energy optimisation to our plastic trays, which contain 95% recycled plastic.
