What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Resourcing Manager to join our growing People & Culture (Shared Services) team. As a Resourcing Manager you will lead resourcing team for UK & Ireland sites to meet current and future resourcing needs, optimising quality while minimising cost of resourcing.

Key responsibilities as a Resourcing Manager will be to:
Develop and maintain a resourcing strategy to meet current and future resourcing needs, anticipating changes in the external environment, technology and business strategy.
Model and champion the use of People Portal (Cornerstone) appropriately by team and hiring population, supporting the introduction to different business parts, training and roll out accordingly.
Lead the resourcing team and ensuring partnering with business areas on recruitment, maintaining performance at or above SLA.
Support the business in effective recruitment for all roles across multiple sites and departments, developing and leading recruitment tools, approaches and job descriptions and coaching managers and P&C teams.
Maintain PSLs for permanent and temporary hires and develop, track and exceed resourcing SLAs.Where applicable, work with Procurement to negotiate terms.
Understand and provide ongoing external market insight and solutions to support resourcing based business decisions and challenges for key stakeholders and Hiring Managers.
Working with Training Manager to develop and embed early careers and other educational setting recruitment strategy and recruitment processes.
Maximise direct sourcing model to ensure cost efficiencies.

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Resourcing Manager will include:
Proven resourcing leadership experience
Experience of developing team strategies and planning for the future
Significant expertise in all levels of resourcing
Strong influencing skills and relationship management at all levels internally and externally
