What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Infrastructure Engineer (3rd Line role) to join our growing IT team. As an Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for the network and server Infrastructure and technical support of Business solutions/systems across the multiple business in the UK region.

Key responsibilities as an Infrastructure Engineer will be to:
Manage and monitor all installed infrastructure, networking and security.
Proactively analyse existing infrastructure and networks with a view to recommending performance and efficiency improvements and enhancements
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and system management tools.
Investigating faults in systems, processes and services, and advise on the implementation of appropriate solutions and preventative measures
Implement Backup / Restore strategies for all systems alongside delivery, maintaining, sustaining IT DRP/BCP initiative.
Demonstrate an excellent level of infrastructure administration across full platform of technologies including, HP, Cisco, Microsoft and others.
Responsible for IT Asset Management and Asset Care across UK Region for IT Infrastructure.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as an Infrastructure Engineer will include:
Excellent skills in Infrastructure implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance and monitoring.
Ability and proven experience in leading IT teams.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Proven ability of technology realisation and delivery.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to prioritise work in a reactive and proactive environment.
Understands importance of Security and Standards.
