The Board has proposed a final dividend payment of 24.9 pence per share, amounting to approximately £22.4m which, subject to AGM approval, will be payable on 27 June 2025 to shareholders who are on the register at 30 May 2025.
The Directors have approved the payment of an interim dividend of 9.6 pence per share, amounting to approximately £8.6m, which was paid on 29 November 2024, to shareholders on the register at close of business on 1 November 2024.
