Stock Champion

Role title: Stock Champion

Hilton Foods are looking for Stock Champion. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will ensure stock integrity and controls for HFUK are maintained and managed at all times across site including external storage partners, lead the Stock team to ensure completion of all tasks in line with processes, procedures and deadlines.

As a Stock Champion some of the responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure weekly stock takes across site are completed in line with agreed processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team and internal departments to investigate any stock movement queries.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by using Lean methodology
  • Ensure that all processes are fit for the future and business growth.
  • Audit Production & Logistics teams processes to ensure compliance & Guide to find resolution to common stock process failures.

 

To succeed as a Stock Champion, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • FMCG warehouse/ manufacturing experience
  • Warehouse management systems experience, preferably FOPS / Hellenic
  • Strong Excel skills
