Hilton Foods are looking for HRIS Coordinator. Reporting to the HRIS Team Leader, you will provide day to day system administrative support during the roll-out of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). To support the HRIS Project Team with implementations and data, plus the wider business providing guidance and support to the Local Excellence Team (LET) P&C Teams on site.
As an HRIS Coordinator some of the responsibilities will be to:
- Providing general systems administrative support:
- Updating structures and organisational units in the system
- Building forms or workflows
- Uploading data
- Data checking
- Permissions and security checking
- Arranging translations and making necessary updates in the system
- Building and running reports
- Quality checking
- Working with training records to code old records ready to load
- Uploading content to the learning module
- Basic content creation
- Writing test scripts
- Supporting testing
- Training users in the system
- Providing HR administrative support to Central and European Support and Hilton Services
- Supporting other areas of the People Services Team, particularly the Administration Team
To succeed as an HRIS Coordinator we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:
- Experience in working with systems, ideally HRIS and time and attendance systems
- Good level of experience and proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – Minimum GCSE C or 4 grade
- Experience in administration, ideally HR (desirable)
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation (desirable)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
