HRIS Advisor

We are looking for a HRIS Advisor who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, ‘consumer focused and customer driven’ high performance culture due to ongoing growth within the business.

As HRIS Advisor, you will provide support to the implementation and ongoing use of our new HRIS system and support the Group People & Culture Manager in all P&C processes for the Group and Hilton Services population and other projects.  You will also become an integral part of the administrative function within the People & Culture Team.

As HRIS Advisor some of your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for implementing a new HRIS including Recruitment and Onboarding and Learning Management System.

Work closely with the system providers, IT and P&C to implement the system according to the project plan, including process mapping, streamlining of processes and supporting with change management.

Superuser for HRIS system ensuring the P&C teams are trained to use and support others with the system.

Set up training material for all aspects of the system for employees, agency workers, managers and People and Culture.

The role holder will be excellent at managing stakeholders and have responsibility for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Support the Group People & Culture Manager in aspects of people and culture for Group and Hilton Services employees, including recruitment, on-boarding and leaver processes.

Work as part of the P&C team, completing administrative operations.

Support the team in writing and developing standard operating procedures.

Develop and provide support on policies and procedures.

Research laws and compliance in relevant countries to ensure compliance as required.

Support any GDPR or data protection activity, including data subject requests, data breaches and mapping our data.

Set up and coordinate monthly reports regarding the activity completed within the team including time to complete and volume from different areas of the business. Coordinate cost tracking and reporting.

To succeed as HRIS Advisor, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

Knowledge of HR systems, particularly recruitment and L&D systems, ideally with involvement in the implementation/integration of these systems

Experience in HR processes and training processes and/or systems.

Knowledge of different HR areas, including recruitment and selection, organizational structure, employee compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations, training and development, information and payroll.

Graduate or post graduate qualification in HR Management or related topic

Experience of working in an HR environment and administration

Numerate, analytical and strong IT skills
